Tanee McCall was born to parents of Filipino and African-American descent, and grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. She began dancing and doing gymnastics "ever since I could walk," and she hasn't stopped since.

In 2003, Tanee landed her first feature film role, in the movie, You Got Served . She plans to continue acting, and says that in the future, "Ya'll will be seeing me on the big screen...see you at the movies! "
