Misty Monteith can be defined using a multitude of adjectives but the best one to describe her would be "Humbled." Born into a Jamaican household on May 28, 1986 as Julia Vanessa Palmer it was certain that she was destined to be a star.

Misty's passion and desire for the entertainment industry began at the tender age of ten when she began performing in school plays and talent shows. As she got older she developed a sudden interest in modeling, which blossomed as various offers were presented to her. After long deliberation her parents decided to send her to Barbizon Academy where she learned the fundamentals of the modeling world. Competing at conventions such as IMTA (International Model and Talent Association) and ripping the runway for social events, her hunger for success in the industry became fierce. Her determination and constant yearning for more later led her to the gateway of the very inviting world of "Urban Modeling".

Misty became a qualified Modeling Instructor for her old modeling and talent academy where she is currently teaching the new wave of aspiring models the tricks and trades of the modeling world. In addition to teaching part-time at the academy Misty is attending Seneca College where she is taking practical nursing in an attempt to learn more about the complicated human anatomy so she may better assist the people around her. She believes that women should exemplify beauty from the exterior but more importantly from within. Her intelligence and beliefs are very reflective in her accomplishments and goals, with both beauty and brains we can be sure that her modeling career will flourish.
