Melissa Vance, known as Missredbone, was born in Chicago Illinois. She has always had a passion for modeling, dancing, writing and acting. After graduating from Kenwood Academy High School, Melissa joined the U.S. Army for 4 years. She lived in Korea for 2 years, Fort Hood Texas for 1 year, and deployed to Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom to protect and defend her country in 2006. During her time in military, her passion for modeling and acting grew. She began modeling in various fashion shows and photo shoots. In 2007, at the age of 22, Melissa left the military service returning to Chicago to pursue her dreams. She is willing to travel and is interested in all types of modeling including urban modeling and music videos. Melissa is excited about what the future hold for her, the sky is the limit and she lives life to the fullest because everyday is a blessed day!!
